Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center
DVIRC offers “best practice” consulting services right sized for small – mid-size manufacturing enterprises (SMEs). Our approach is fundamentally different from traditional consulting firms. Established in 1988 as an economic development organization, DVIRC works exclusively with manufacturers to grow business value.
IMC – Business Strategies & Solutions
IMC contributes to the economic growth of Central Pennsylvania in 12 counties that include Bedford, Blair, Centre, Clinton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder & Union. Through an engaged staff, IMC provides the manufacturers of our region with objective advice, strategic perspective, high value services and solutions through access to regional, state and national resources.
MANTEC drives strength in manufacturing through continuous innovation and growth. MANTEC serves the counties of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York.

Northwest Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center is part of the Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center Network which consists of seven private, not-for-profit economic development corporations located across the Commonwealth.
